Public information
NEXAL aims to keep public service, product and pricing information accurate, but availability, scope, integrations and third-party requirements can change. A public page is not a guarantee that every feature is suitable or immediately available for every project.
Enquiries are not orders
Submitting a contact form, requesting a quote or discussing a project does not by itself create a paid order, subscription or binding project commitment. Scope, price, delivery expectations and dependencies should be confirmed before work that requires payment begins.
Demonstration content
The NEXAL Demo Lab contains fictional demonstration brands used to show layouts, interactions and possible workflows. Demo names, images, addresses, testimonials, prices and performance-style figures are illustrative unless a page expressly identifies verified real-world evidence.
Free tools and informational outputs
Calculators, readiness checks, AI-generated drafts and similar tools are provided for general informational or planning purposes. They are not legal, tax, financial, accounting or regulatory advice and should not be treated as a certification or guarantee.
Third-party services
Some functionality may depend on third-party providers such as payment processors, messaging services, hosting providers or AI platforms. Their availability, account requirements, fees and terms remain outside NEXAL's direct control.
Intellectual property
NEXAL branding, original website content, product interfaces and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights unless otherwise agreed. Demonstration content should not be copied or represented as another party's client work.
Acceptable use
Visitors must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, submit malicious material or use public tools in a way intended to harm other users or systems.
