Information submitted directly
When someone uses a contact or enquiry form, NEXAL may receive information such as a name, business name, email address, phone number, selected service and the message submitted. Account or product features may collect additional information required to provide that feature.
AI chat information
Messages sent through the public Sarah AI chat can be processed to generate a response and may be stored as chat logs for service operation, quality review and troubleshooting. Sensitive, confidential or unnecessary personal information should not be submitted through the public chat.

The website may use session cookies and local browser storage to keep account sessions, cart state or interface preferences working. These technologies support site functionality and are not presented as a substitute for consent requirements that may apply to a separate customer implementation.
